F1RST SURF SHOP offers year round dry-dock storage for your Stand-Up Paddleboards and SUP accessories. Stored both on-site within our store, and/or within The Continuum compound in a private and secured cage with 24-hour surveillance.
F1RST Surf Shop is conveniently located 50 footsteps from the white sands of South Beach at The Continuum building, offering a concierge/storage service available to no one else in South Beach.

SUP Storage Periods and Rates

$65.00 Month-to-month SUP storage. No late fees. No penalties.

$60.00 3-month SUP storage package and contract agreement.

$50.00 6-month SUP storage package and contract agreement.

$40.00 1-year SUP storage package and contract agreement.

F1RST SUP STORAGE RULES AND AGREEMENT

• SUP Storage Contract agreement must be signed by both parties.

• Early termination on any package beyond the Month-to-Month package is subject to a $75.00 early termination fee.

• Owner must give no less than 24 hours prior notice to F1RST Surf Shop for board usage and availability, otherwise boards will be available at F1RST Surf Shop employees’ discretion.

• Auto-payments are deducted on the first (1st) day of each month and no later then the fifth (5th) of each month.

• Cash Payments/Month-to-month memberships are must be received no later than the fifth (5th) day of the month.

• Memberships programs start at the beginning of the month and no later then the fifth (5th) day of the month.

• "Dawn Patrol Delivery" is an additional $25.00 fee, per board.

• "Dawn Patrol Delivery" may not always be available and is up to F1RST Surf Shop’s discretion.

• SUP Storage Boards must be returned by closing of the business day, or Member may be subject to additional $20.00 per hour.

• “Beach Concierge Service" rentals are weather permitting. Beach kiosk will be closed in the event of over 50% chance of rain, inclement weather conditions, severe weather conditions, thunder, lightning, wind, cold, or large swells or surf.* Beach Concierge Service hours and service are at the discretion of F1RST SURF SHOP.

• No transfer or substitution of packages to another individual or entity is permitted. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

• One membership per individual.

• One authorized additional user SUP storage board.
